At ATHENS STAMFORD, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, please contact us so we can assist you.

Return Time Frame

Customers may request a return within 30 days after the order has been delivered.

After 30 days from the delivery date, the order will be considered accepted and may no longer be eligible for return or refund.

The product is significantly different from the description

Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging when possible
All original accessories, manuals, labels, and packaging materials should be included when applicable

Non-Returnable Situations

The return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
The item has been used, damaged, altered, or modified by the customer
The item is missing parts due to customer handling
The item was returned without prior approval

Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge restocking fees.

If the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong item, defective item, damaged item, or incorrect quantity, we will cover the return shipping cost after the return is approved.

If the return is due to customer preference, incorrect product selection, change of mind, or any reason not caused by ATHENS STAMFORD, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return

Item you wish to return
Reason for return
Photos of the product if it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts
Photos of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions by email.

Please do not send any item back without receiving return approval from us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

The order was canceled before shipment
The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled
The customer received a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item due to our error
The return request has been approved and the returned item meets our return conditions

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

If the order was paid through a third-party payment processor, the refund will be processed through that payment processor.

Replacement availability depends on current inventory and the details of the issue.
